COACHES
Coach Drew Stevenson, CHAOS LC Founder & Head Coach, has 20+ years of head coaching and program administration experience. Prior to moving to Colorado in 2017 he was an NCAA Division III and NAIA/MCLA Head Coach, founded his own youth lacrosse program in Chicago and has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2006. Additionally, Stevenson is the Owner and Head Strength Coach for LRN 2 Move.
Coach Nick Gold, Nick was born and raised in Northern Virginia to a family of coaches - his mom is a hall of fame high school lacrosse coach and his Grandpa was a college football coach with a career spanning 30+ years. Nick graduated from Syracuse University in 2019 and moved to Colorado shortly after. He has spent the last four years coaching for Patriot Lacrosse and now, in addition to running operations for the Patriot boys teams, was recently hired as Head Coach at Air Academy High School. An attackman himself, Nick specializes in offensive skill development and strategy. He enjoys swapping coaching stories with his two siblings who also coach high school lacrosse, albeit back on the East coast.

Coach Blane Vrana, 2025 graduate of Lewis Palmer High School. Coach Blane was a 4 Year Varsity starter, 2 year Varsity Captain at LPHS. He was also voted a 2x Player Of The Year, 2nd Team All State, 3x First Team All Conference and 2x Offensive Player Of The Year. Currently, Coach Blane is in his first year at Concordia University Wisconsin.

Coach Sory has many years coaching experience in lacrosse, including for Patriot Lacrosse here in the Springs. He is a former football player who went on to play lacrosse at Knox College and is currently a high school educator at Sand Creek High School.

Head Coach, Matt West
A former collegiate hockey player at Connecticut College and long time hockey coach, Coach Matt now brings his experience from the ice to lead 2034 CHAOS. His experience on the ice and behind the bench blends perfectly with lacrosse.
Assistant Coach, Chris Mormile
Chris Mormile is originally from Lloyd Harbor, New York on Long Island where he grew up playing. He played at Cold Spring Harbor High School and was part of teams that won the NYS Class C Championship in 2016 and 2017. As a senior in 2018, Chris was named All-Conference and Conference III Defensive Midfielder of the Year. He continued his playing career at Skidmore College, graduating in 2022 and competing at the Division III level as a midfielder. His sister, Niki, also played collegiate lacrosse at Middlebury College and Hofstra University.

Former Pine Creek High School Lacrosse Player. Current BLL Amateur Box Lacrosse Player for CS Gold Rush. USA Lacrosse Leadership Program and Leadership award. Current 2033-32 Patriots Assistant Coach.
